As a Colorado Registered Architect , I am ready to bring my 30+ years of architectural and construction experience to your Northern Colorado project.

I bring a unique set of experiences to the drawing table.  Unlike most architects, I have extensive hands-on construction experience.  Having built or renovated more than a dozen homes, and designed hundreds more, I can approach a project from the builder's perspective, while maximizing it's architectural potential.

While designing your project, I can incorporate cost-saving practices that have proven effective during my construction experience.  If you already have a builder, I will work with them in a streamlined process that produces a project that meets your expectations.

For builder clients, I understand that when you have a house ready to go, you don't want to wait a long time for your drawings.  You need your drawings done quickly and for minimum cost.  Unlike most architects who have no construction experience, I can view your project from the perspective of someone who will have to build what I draw.  I will seek and apply design decisions that will result in efficiency and cost savings for you and your clients.
